Individual Appointments: Must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
Deposits: Non-refundable.
Local Group Events (Presentations, Family Readings, etc.): Require a minimum 3-day notice for a refund. This allows for timely reimbursement and opens availability for others.
Exceptions to full Refund:
Deposits for venues, airfare, and all other non-refundable expenses will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation for an event. Refunds for individual tickets will reflect these costs, or the event coordinator/sponsor may absorb the price.
